Many companies follow the internal company dress code, interviews still follow the conservative standard. Most people are underprepared with proper interview dress.

Remember that stylish is not conservative. You need not to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe. Well-chosen business suits will serve you all the way to the first day on the job and beyond. If you desire some variety within a limited budget, you might consider varying your shirt/blouse/tie/accessories as a simple way to change your look without breaking your wallet. Here we are giving some basics for successful interview dress:

Conservative two-piece business suit is best, conservative long-sleeved shirt or blouse will also work. Wear clean, polished conservative shoes. Hairstyle should be well groomed and fingernails should be clean well trimmed. Use less perfume and carry no gum, candy or cigarettes. You can carry light briefcase or portfolio case.
